We had the pleasure of providing delicious waffles beside Barn & Bread at a corperate booking in Holywood just outside Belfast. This company wanted to celebrate Belgium v England in style, so when they had finisehed work they had some collegues over for a big feed and enjoyed the match together.
2018 we took another step of faith and put another trailer on the road. Of course I had already double booked a wedding and an event….nothing like a bit of preaseure to make you work faster. So with 3 weeks of purchasing another horse trailer I (with help!!) had finished the second trailer. It is slightly bigger than the first which is awesome to work in. We’ve recently had it in Troy Studios Limerick and Google Summer Party in Dublin. I just love how our business takes us all over Ireland and we get to meet some awesome people.
This has to be my favourite waffle combination, Liege waffle..fresh strawberries..biscuit..homemade sticky toffee sauce. Ok you may have issues eating this waffle in a dignified way but we just say “shove it in” and enjoy the mess.

We had an awesome 10 days at Mount Stewart’s Festival of Light. The weather was against us with rain, hail ans snow not too mention the cold. But against the odds everyone came out and had a great waffley time.
