Ingredients
- 270 g plain flour https://amzn.to/45MaGYT
- 10 g baking powder https://amzn.to/3Rg1nMo
- 60 g caster sugar https://amzn.to/48bvVVC
- 5 g salt
- 270 g milk
- 60 g melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- mix all the dry ingredients into the mixer
- crack the eggs into the dry mix
- add the milk and mix well
- add the melted butter and mix
- heat frying pan to medium to high
- add 1 ladle of the batter into the frying pan
- when you see bubbles all over the batter flip over with your spatula
- Bake for a further 1 minute
