Born in Belgium and raised in Belfast, these delicious handcrafted Liege waffles are served fresh from a cleverly converted horsebox. This summer we catered at lots of weddings throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. From being desert, afternoon and evening snacks, food trucks are very in trend we have been at a few weddings that the bride and groom have had 4 or 5 food trucks for all of the catering.
