I’m Michael, commonly known as the Waffleman.
In 2015 we started Born & Raised, with a passion for handcrafted unique bakes from fresh ingredients. Our journey started with hot, topped Liége waffles from a converted horse trailer (without the horse…but with the thumbs up from Liam Neeson…true story!). We’ve since set up a micro bakery and developed our own Stroopwafel, shipping our waffles across the UK.
It’s a joy to do what I love and for the heart of it to be at home. We are incredibly grateful to the customers that keep our business going…you really are the best bunch of wafflers!
